Thank you for choosing 3D Sculptopia. Each sculpture is handcrafted and made to order, so we take special care to ensure your item is shipped safely and arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time
All sculptures are custom-made, which involves 3D modeling, printing, painting, and finishing.
Standard processing time is 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping Time and Carriers
Once your sculpture is complete, it will be shipped using reliable carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Australia: 2 to 5 business days

• International: 7 to 14 business days
  A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $200 within Australia.

Packaging and Handling
All sculptures are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile items are boxed securely with reinforced padding.

Delivery Issues
If your item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
