Absolutely! Before we move to printing, you'll receive a digital preview of your custom 3D model. This is your chance to review the pose, likeness, and overall design. We’ll only begin printing once you’re 100% happy with how it looks. Your satisfaction comes first.

The entire process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from the time you approve your 3D model. This includes sculpting, printing, hand-painting, and quality checks. If you need it urgently for a special event, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Not at all! A 3D scan is optional. Most of our sculptures are created using photos you provide. Just send us clear images from different angles, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you have access to a 3D scan, we’re happy to use it — but it’s definitely not required.
